1 lime, juiced

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 cups water
1 tablespoon natural salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground
2 cups pasta
1 hot pepper, sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
