2 cups kabocha squash
1 cup radish
1 cup scallions
4 cloves garlic
1 cup potato
1 cup cassava
1 tablespoon Celtic salt
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon cloves
1 cup carrot
1 cup celery
4 cups water

Cut beef into cubes and marinate with lime juice, Celtic salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.

In a large pot, heat water over medium heat and add marinated beef.
