2 lbs beef soup bones
1 lb beef for stew
2 cups cabbage, chopped
2 cups potatoes, diced
8 oz pasta rigatoni
1 large onion, diced
1 cup cho (chaote), diced
1 cup turnips, diced
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 hot pepper, whole
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme, dried
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt-free blended herbs
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking margarine
2 bu cubes
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cups pumpkin, diced
2 cups butternut squash, diced

Squeeze lime over the beef and rub it to clean each piece.

Rinse the meat with cold water.

Season the meat with spices and mix well.

Peel the pumpkin and butternut squash, then chop them up.

Boil water and add the meat, pumpkin, and squash.

After boiling for 20-25 minutes, check if the pumpkin is soft.

Strain the pumpkin and squash, mashing it to create a smooth puree.

Pour the puree back into the pot as the soup base.

Add garlic, cooking margarine, and crushed bu cubes to the pot and stir.

Taste the soup and add salt if needed.

Add chopped vegetables: carrots, celery, cho, malanga, turnips, parsley, thyme, potatoes, hot pepper, bell peppers, and onions.

Let the soup boil for about 30 minutes.

Add lime juice and pasta rigatoni to the soup and boil for another 15-20 minutes.
