Take 500 grams of basmati rice in a bowl and clean it well, then soak it for at least half an hour.

In a separate pot, add 125 ml of olive oil and heat it.

Add whole garam masala and sauté for a minute.

Add 2 chopped onions and brown them for 5 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 2 tablespoons Arabic masala powder, and salt to taste.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 30 ml of tomato paste, then mix well.

Add a little water to prevent burning and fry the spices for 10 minutes.

Add 500 grams of cleaned shrimp and mix well with the spices, frying until shrimp are lightly cooked.

Add 1200 ml of water, 3 dry lemons, and green chilies to taste, then bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the soaked rice and cook until all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked through.

Add the juice of one lemon and arrange the rice properly.
