Cook rice in ghee, adding salt and pepper, and use the stock from the lamb to cook it for 12-15 minutes.

Cut leftover sourdough and pita bread into cubes, season with salt, pepper, and oil, and bake in the oven until crispy.

Fry cooked lamb in oil with garlic, black pepper, and ground coriander for 5 minutes.

Prepare a liquid for the bread with oil, garlic, white vinegar, tomato sauce, and stock, adding salt and pepper.
