Heat 1/2 cup butter in a pan until light brown.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate until melted.
Add 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and mix well.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl.
Add 1/4 cup sunflower oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt, mixing to combine.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee in 1 tablespoon hot water and add that to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, whisking until smooth.
Sift together 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Grease a baking tray with ghee or butter, line it with parchment paper, and grease the paper as well to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the prepared tray and spread evenly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for extra indulgence.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes, ensuring not to overbake to keep them ultra fudgy inside.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
