Coconut water provides a non-alcoholic option.

Add 2 cans of coconut milk to a mixing bowl.

Follow with 2 cans of cream of coconut and mix very well, scraping out the cans completely.

Add 2 cans of evaporated milk and mix well again.

Incorporate 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.

Add spices: vanilla extract, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.

Pour in 2 cups of brandy and mix well.

Add Bacardi rum, adjusting the amount to taste, using anywhere from half a bottle to a full bottle.

Mix well and divide into containers to chill in the refrigerator.
