Awesome Puerto Rican Style Chicken Pasta!!

Heat up a little bit of oil in a pan.

Chop the chicken into bite-sized chunks and add it to the pan to brown.

Once the chicken is browned, remove it from the pot.

Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the pan and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Add garlic and let it cook until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce and Sofrito to the pan and let it melt down.

Add more adobo seasoning, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder to the mixture.

Add a little bit of water and return the chicken to the pot.

Cover and let it cook on low for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add the cooked pasta and let it cook for about another 5 minutes.
