Cultural Context

Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican drink enjoyed during the Christmas season, often served at family gatherings and celebrations. This creamy, coconut-based beverage reflects the island's tropical flavors and has become a symbol of holiday cheer. While the classic recipe features rum, many modern variations exist, including non-alcoholic versions, making it a beloved treat for all.
