Make homemade pasta by mixing all purpose flour, eggs, warm water, olive oil, and salt until a dough forms; roll out the dough and cut into lasagna sheets.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in chopped white mushrooms; cook until softened.
Add marinara sauce and tomato paste; simmer for a few minutes.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer homemade pasta sheets over the sauce, followed by shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then more meat sauce.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pasta topped with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
