1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ripe plantains
1 red bell pepper
1 habanero pepper
1 medium onion
2 spring onions
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 seasoning cubes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup palm oil
2 tablespoons ground crayfish
