Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk and water, mixing well until smooth.
  2. 2Add salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, and red chili powder (if using) to the buttermilk mixture.
  3. 3Stir in the chopped coriander leaves and green chili (if using).
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  5. 5Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or spices as desired.
  6. 6Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  7. 7Serve the sambharam in glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
