Add more oil to the skillet and then add 400 grams of gnocchi, allowing them to brown for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Season the gnocchi with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, stirring well to distribute the spices.
Add finely diced onion to the gnocchi and sauté together for 2-3 minutes until the onion is slightly browned.
Add the thawed spinach to the skillet and mix well with the gnocchi and onions.
Pour in approximately 50 ml of cooking cream and stir to create a creamy spinach sauce.
Turn off the heat and season the dish with additional salt and nutmeg, stirring to combine.
Taste the dish and adjust seasoning as necessary, adding more salt if needed.
Gently fold in the cooked salmon pieces and let them warm through for about one minute.
Serve the dish in a deep plate, showcasing the colorful presentation.
