1 lb ground beef

4 cups mashed potatoes
4 cups roasted carrots
to taste currant jam

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small loaves, about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.

Place the meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
