1/4 cup coriander, chopped
1 lb beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar

Cut fresh Thai peppers into small pieces.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Cut scallion and coriander into small sections.

Cut beef against the grain into thin slices.

In a bowl with beef, add salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water; mix well until combined.
