Cut fresh Thai peppers into small pieces.
Mince the garlic and set aside.
Cut scallion and coriander into small sections.
Cut beef against the grain into thin slices.
In a bowl with beef, add salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water; mix well until combined.
Add vegetable cooking oil to the beef mixture and mix well.
In a cup, combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, Thai pepper, and garlic to make the sauce.
Cut off the four bottom corners of the tofu box and open the front to pour out the tofu easily.
Pour a little oil into the pot and spread it evenly with kitchen paper.
Add the tofu to the bottom of the pot and break it up.
Top the tofu with golden needle mushrooms and pour half of the sauce over it.
Spread the beef slices evenly on top of the mushrooms.
Pour the remaining sauce over the beef.
Cover the pot and simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat.
Gently poke the bottom with chopsticks to check for doneness.
Add scallion and coriander before serving.
