1 cup ngolo (sea snails)
1 cup yellow pepper, chopped
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup uziza leaves, chopped
1 cup shrimps, peeled
1 cup prawns, peeled
1 lb red tilapia fish, cut into pieces
1 cup periwinkles
2 tablespoons ofor (thickener)
1/2 cup palm oil
1 lime, juiced
4 cups water
2 seasoning cubes
1 tablespoon salt

Wash the Ngolo (sea snails) with lime and water for five minutes to remove slimy residue.

Blend onions and peppers together.

In a pot, add the washed Ngolo, snails, some of the blended pepper and onion mixture, seasoning cubes, and salt. Stir well.

Gently add the fish to the pot and cover to cook for 10 minutes.

Blend Uziza seeds and Ofor (thickener).

After 10 minutes, remove the fish and continue cooking the snails, adding more water as needed for the thickener.

Slice and wash the Uziza leaves.

After the snails are tender, add palm oil, remaining blended onion and pepper, blended Uziza seeds, and blended Ofor. Stir to avoid lumps.

Cook for five minutes, then check for consistency and seasoning.

Add prawns and shrimps, then gently reintroduce the fish to the pot. Cover and cook for 10 more minutes.

Add periwinkles and Uziza leaves, stirring gently to avoid breaking the fish. Cook for an additional two minutes.
