1 teaspoon coriander powder

Cut 2 large tomatoes into dices.

Chop 25 g of coriander stems roughly.

Gather whole spices: 1 broken bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves, 4 green cardamom, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.

Turn on the gas and place a pot over medium heat.

Add a little refined oil to the pot and wait for it to heat up.

Add the whole spices into the hot oil and sauté them.

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and cook for 10-15 seconds.

Add 1 tablespoon of basin and cook briefly.
