1 cup of all-purpose flour (120g)
2 Tbsp. of butter (28g)
1 tsp. of salt (5g)
1 Tbsp. of granulated sugar (optional) (12.5g)
1 tsp. of vanilla extract (optional) (5ml)

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Melt the butter in a 9x13" baking pan in the preheated oven.

Pour the batter into the hot pan with melted butter.
