Prepare the marinade with 1 liter of red wine, a bit of red wine vinegar, and soy sauce.

If using jackfruit, soak it in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 20 minutes to neutralize the sour taste, then squeeze out excess liquid.

Cut jackfruit into 2.5 to 3 cm pieces and discard the seeds.

Chop the root vegetables into large pieces.

Add the jackfruit pieces and root vegetables to the marinade and mix well.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 days, stirring twice a day.
