1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons mojo seasoning
1 leek, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
4 cups pumpkin, diced
8 cups water
1 tablespoon zof
2 tablespoons beda complete seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cubes chicken flavored bouillon
2 cups potatoes, diced

Clean the oxtails by removing the outer skin and excess fat.

Clean the meat with sour orange, lime juice, and vinegar.

Put water in a pot to boil and add 2 tablespoons of mojo seasoning.
