Minced beef- 400 g
Onion-1 small
Tomato - 1 small
Chilli-1
Parsley-1/2 cup
Garlic -2-3 cloves
Salt-to taste
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Arabic spice mix-1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil-1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon to brush the bread

Chop the onion, tomato, chilli, and parsley manually or use a chopper, pulsing a few times to avoid a paste.

Mix the minced beef with the chopped vegetables, garlic, salt, paprika, Arabic spice mix, and pepper powder.

Stuff the mixture into the pita bread.

Brush the outside of the stuffed pita bread with olive oil.

Cook on a tawa or grill at 200C for 15 minutes.
