3 tablespoons tahini
1 piece lemon juice

Grind 100 grams of sugar until fine.

Take 2 pieces of bread and cut them into small sizes. Optionally, deep fry them.

Add olive oil to the pan and mix it well. Let it cook for 10 minutes until crispy.

In a bowl, add 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes.

Prepare a paste by mixing in 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix this with yogurt.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces. Cook until done, or you can also use the oven.

Once the chicken is ready, let it cool down.

In a bowl, add 500 grams of yogurt for the sauce, then mix in 3 tablespoons of tahini and season with black pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
