Pineapple peel
1/4 Cup Rice
1 Can Condensed Milk 14 oz (396 gm)
1 Can Evaporated Milk 12 Fl oz (354 ml)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg powder
Water

Add Pineapple peel in a pot, fill it with water & boil.

When it starts boiling, add rice & boil for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked & peel is soft.

Cool mix to room temp. & blend.

Strain the blend & add Condensed milk, Evaporated milk, Vanilla Extract & Nutmeg & Stir.

Serve!
