1

Start by preparing the green spice paste with 2 handfuls of cilantro, 1 handful of mint, and 10-12 green chilies; grind them together.

2

In a pressure cooker, add 1 kg of beef, the prepared green spice paste, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, and 1 glass of water; mix well.

3

Cover the pressure cooker and cook on high heat until steam builds up, then reduce to low heat and cook for 40-45 minutes until the beef is tender.

4

Once cooked, remove the pressure and check the beef; it should be tender with some water remaining.

5

In a separate pan, heat 1/2 cup of oil and add the cooked beef; fry for about 5 minutes.

6

Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until the water dries up and the beef is well-fried.

7

After 10 minutes, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and mix well.

8

Add 3 whole green chilies and some curry leaves; mix and cook for an additional minute to infuse flavors.
