4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
6 bacon slices, crispy (optional)
1 cup basil leaves
½ cup olive oil (not extra virgin!)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
½ cup olive oil
