Cut high-quality thick cut bacon in half.

Stuff each date with an unsalted almond and squeeze it together to seal.

Wrap each stuffed date with a half piece of bacon.

Secure the bacon with a toothpick, avoiding piercing the almond.

Line the wrapped dates on a baking pan with space in between.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
