1

Cut chicken into pieces and make slits in the chest and leg to help it cook faster.

2

Wash chicken in a mixture of 5-6 liters of water, 2 cups vinegar, and 1 tablespoon salt for about 10 minutes to remove smell.

3

Rinse chicken again with normal water and place in a steel strainer to drain excess water.

4

Prepare the marinade by mixing 200 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon chicken masala powder, 1 tablespoon mutton masala powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoons red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon salt, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 50 grams green chili sauce, 50 grams red chili sauce, and 200 ml sunflower oil.

5

Mix all the spices well and cover with cling wrap, then refrigerate for half an hour.

6

After marinating, apply the barbecue spice mix all over the chicken, ensuring to cover the slits.

7

Place the chicken on the barbecue grill and cook on medium to high heat for about 15 minutes, flipping every 1-2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
