1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 to 5 green chilies
2 tbsp sugar
few curry leaves
coriander leaves
juice of half lemon
coconut shreds

Prepare the dhokla batter by combining gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, and Eno in a mixing bowl.

Gradually add water to the batter and mix until smooth.

Grease a steaming tray with oil and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.

Prepare a steamer and bring water to a boil; place the tray in the steamer.

Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove the tray from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
