Wash the mushrooms and slice it in half

Wash dongo dongo and slice the ends

Slice each of the malamgwa in the middle

Add a spoon of salt in the malamgwa and wash it out

Clean the plantain, slice it in half and boil for 6 mins in a pot

Add a spoon of Jumbo all purpose, spring onions, oil, onions, ginger, garlic, dongo dongo and mushrooms in the pot and give it a stir

Once it's stirred add Knows cube and a half a jug of water

Then add the plantain and malamgwa and let it boil for 10 mins
