Norwegian Meatballs with sauce (Kjøttkaker)

Mix ground beef and ground pork in a large bowl until combined
Finely chop onion and add to the meat mixture
Soak breadcrumbs in heavy cream and add to the mixture
Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper
Knead the mixture until well combined and smooth
Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted
Add meatballs to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes
Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, sprinkle flour and stir until golden, about 2 minutes
Gradually whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer
Return meatballs to the skillet
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
