Egg wash the sides of the strips to help seal them when rolled up with the beef mixture.
Boil the bagels in water with honey for about 1 minute on each side.
Transfer boiled bagels to a baking tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake bagels in a preheated oven at 475°F for 15-20 minutes.
