3 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon of starch

Transfer pitted cherries into a saucepan.

Add sugar to the cherries.

Mix starch with water then add into the saucepan.

Use an immersion blender to blend the cherry sauce.

Soak gelatine in cold water until soft.

Grab a heavy based pot, add cream, sugar, vanilla powder or extract, and orange peel.

Bring to the boil.

Pour the panna cotta into ramekin bowls.

Leave them to rest in the refrigerator preferably overnight until set.
