First, I will list the ingredients needed: 1/4 kg of carrots, 1 cup of milk, some nuts, cardamom, raisins, and the required amount of sugar, along with a little ghee.

Turn on the stove and place a pan on it to heat up.

Once the pan is hot, add a little ghee to it and let it melt.

After the ghee has melted, add the nuts (almonds and cashews) and sauté them until they are nicely roasted.

Next, add a little raisins to the pan and sauté them as well.

Once the nuts and raisins are nicely fried, remove them from the pan and set them aside.

In the same ghee, add the grated carrots and sauté them well.

Mix the carrots thoroughly in the ghee, allowing them to fry well for aroma and taste.

After frying the carrots, pour in 1 cup of milk and mix it well.

Stir the mixture and let it cook for about 10 minutes, then check the consistency.

After 10 minutes, open the lid and stir the mixture again.

Cover the pan and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, open the lid and check the consistency again.

Once the mixture has thickened, add the sugar and mix it in well.

Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves and the consistency becomes watery again.

Continue stirring until it thickens again.

Once it thickens, add a little cardamom powder and the previously roasted nuts and raisins.

Stir everything together to combine well and let it cook for a bit longer.
