Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease individual ramekins with melted butter.

In a blender, combine egg yolks, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.

Add coconut milk and desiccated coconut; blend until well mixed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full.

Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
