Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil to a pan and heat it.

Add 2 bay leaves, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 2 big cardamoms, and a few black pepper to the pan.

Adjust the heat and add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green chili, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, and 1 tablespoon of garlic paste. Mix and roast until a brown crust forms.

Add 4 potatoes, cut as desired, and mix well.

Cover with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are boiled.

Remove the lid and stir to prevent sticking, checking that the potatoes and meat are cooked.

Add 1 lemon juice, some chopped chilies, julienned ginger, and coriander for garnish.

Cover with a lid and leave for 2 to 3 minutes to settle before serving.
