Heat 375 grams of cooking oil in a large pot.

Add 500 grams of sliced onions and sauté until light brown.

Add 2 kilograms of beef and sauté for 4-5 minutes until the color changes.

Pour in 2 liters of water, cover, and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes.

After simmering, add 1 kilogram of large potato pieces and cover, cooking for an additional 15 minutes on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
