Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as per choice
Banana - 3 to 4 pieces
Hara dhaniya - 1/2 cup
Oil - for fry

Prepare choliya ki chutney by blending choliya, moongre fali, hari mirch, lahsoon, adark, niboo, and salt together. Add oil and saboot jeera for tadka.

In a bowl, mix rice aatta, saboot jeera, haldi powder, kashmiri lal mirch, chaat masala, and salt.

Mash the bananas and add them to the mixture along with hara dhaniya.

Heat oil in a frying pan and drop spoonfuls of the banana mixture into the hot oil.
