Coconut Bake

4 cups flour
3 cups plain white flour
1 cup stone meal flour
2 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup clarified butter
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Combine 3 cups of plain white flour and 1 cup of stone meal flour to make a total of 4 cups of flour.

Add 2 cups of coconut milk to the flour mixture.

Incorporate 1/4 cup of clarified butter (or regular butter or oil) into the mixture.

Add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixture.

Place all ingredients into the bread machine and start the kneading process.

Allow the bread machine to knead the dough and let it rest and rise as per the machine's timer.

Once kneading is complete, take the dough out of the bread machine and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Flatten the dough slightly and use a fork to poke holes in it for a pattern.

Let the dough rest for another 10 to 15 minutes to rise again.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the coconut bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
