1 cup coconut pulp
4 cups packed flour

Blend 2 cups of coconut milk and 1 cup of coconut pulp until combined.

Mix well until a nice soft dough forms, adjusting with more flour if too tacky.

Knead the dough until gluten forms, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After resting, break the dough into two pieces and prick with a fork to create a pattern.
