4 cups flour

1 cup (8 oz) fresh coconut milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 oz (4 tablespoons) coconut oil
1 cup grated coconut
2 oz (4 tablespoons) coconut water

Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt with 4 cups flour to prevent direct contact with yeast.

Create a well in the flour mixture and add 1 cup of fresh coconut milk.

Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar into the well.

Pour in 2 oz (4 tablespoons) of coconut oil into the mixture.

Add 1 cup of drained grated coconut to the well.

Pour in 2 oz (4 tablespoons) of coconut water.

Add 2 packs of yeast into the mixture.

Use a fork to mix the ingredients starting from the center and working outward in circles.

Once the mixture starts to come together, switch to kneading with your hands.

Dust the work surface with flour to prevent sticking while kneading.

Continue kneading until the dough is well combined and has a nice texture.
