1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch parsley
2 stalks celery
1 bunch cilantro
1 scallion
1 large onion
10 sprigs thyme
1 whole lime
olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar

Cut the ends off the garlic and remove the shells.

Chop 2 heads of garlic (amount depends on size).
