1 bell pepper
1 red pepper
2 sticks of celery chopped
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
small piece of ginger
half of curly parsley
3 sticks of green onions
3 Maggi cubes (optional)
10 heads of garlic peeled
salt
black pepper
thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Mojo seasoning
seasoned salt
complete seasoning

Chop all vegetables: onion, bell pepper, red pepper, celery, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger, parsley, and green onions.

Peel and prepare 10 heads of garlic.

In a blender, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Mojo seasoning.

Layer ingredients in the blender starting with celery, then bell peppers, garlic, parsley, and repeat.

Add seasonings: seasoned salt, black pepper, thyme, and complete seasoning.

Blend until smooth, checking consistency and flavor as needed.

Pour the blended mixture into a cleaned jar for storage.
