1.5 cups whole cloves of garlic
2 bundles flat leaf Italian parsley
2 yellow bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
3 habanero peppers
2 bundles green onion
1 large sweet onion
1 red onion
3 limes
fresh thyme
white vinegar
vegetable oil
Goya adobo all-purpose seasoning
chicken bouillon from Noir

Gather an oversized bowl for cleaning vegetables.

Thoroughly wash all vegetables to remove dirt.

Remove the tips off of the green onions and place them in the bowl.

Remove the tips off of the garlic and add to the bowl.

Cut the white onion into quarters and add to the bowl.

Cut the red onion into quarters and add to the bowl.

Remove the tops and seeds from the bell peppers, cutting them into strips and adding to the bowl.

Chop the habanero peppers and add to the bowl.

Add half a cup of white vinegar to the bowl and cover with cold water, allowing it to sit for 5 minutes.

Rinse the vegetables under cold water after soaking.

Chop off any dirty parts of the cilantro and parsley, rinsing them separately in cold water.

Prepare a vinegar solution for soaking the cilantro and parsley to remove dirt.
