1/2 cup white vinegar
2 bundles cilantro
2 bundles flat leaf Italian parsley
2 yellow bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
3 habaneros
2 bundles green onion
3 limes
1 large sweet onion
1 red onion
1.5 cups whole cloves of garlic
Goya adobo all-purpose seasoning
chicken bouillon
vegetable oil

Thoroughly clean the vegetables in a large bowl with water and vinegar.

Remove the tips off the green onion and add to the bowl.

Remove the tips off the garlic and add to the bowl.

Cut the white onion into quarters and add to the bowl.

Cut the red onion into quarters and add to the bowl.

Remove the tops and seeds from the peppers, cut into strips, and add to the bowl.

Chop the habaneros and add to the bowl.

In a separate bowl, soak the cilantro and parsley in a vinegar solution for 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water.

Chop off the dirty ends of the cilantro and rinse separately in vinegar solution.
