1 cup full-fat milk

Cut garlic into small pieces.

Slice Bhutan's red chilli according to desired spiciness.

Slice 2 potatoes into thick chips.

Chop 1 onion and 1/2 tomato.

In a pan, add 1 glass of water and bring it to a boil.

Once the water is hot, add the sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato, and Bhutan's red chilli.

Add a little salt, cover the pan, and let it boil on low heat for 5 minutes.

Check if the potatoes are cooked; do not stir too much.

Add a piece of butter and 3-4 tablespoons of refined oil to the pan.

Cover again and let it cook gently.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the full-fat milk slowly from the sides of the pan.

Stir gently to combine without over-mixing.

Add cheese slices at the end and let it melt.
