1/2 Onion
1/2 Tomato
4-5 Garlic cloves
4 Green chillies
4 Big green chillies
1/2 Red Bell pepper
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 Capsicum
1.5 cups Cheese
1 tsp Oil
Salt - as per taste
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Butter

Remove the stalks off the chilli peppers and cut them in quarters lengthwise.

Slit the green chillies, slice the onions, roughly chop the garlic, and dice the tomatoes.

Add all these ingredients to the pan along with the salt, pepper, oil, and some water.

Turn on the heat, add butter and cover the pan with a lid.

Allow everything to boil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the peppers have softened.

Add the grated cheese.

Stir these in until the cheese has melted.

Serve hot with rice.
