Welcome to Mukta's Kitchen. Today, I will share a recipe that we will reveal later.

2

I have taken 8-10 small cloves of garlic. If you are using larger cloves, use 3-4 instead.

3

I have taken a green chili and a tomato, along with an onion and bell peppers.

4

I have cut a potato and soaked it in water, and I will show you how I cut it.

5

I will chop the onion first. You should chop all the ingredients quickly and easily.

6

I have chopped the onion into long pieces and placed it in a plate.

7

Now, I will chop the tomato in the same way, into long pieces.

8

I will also chop the green chili and bell peppers into long pieces.

9

Make sure to wash all the vegetables before cutting them. It's easier to cut them after washing.

10

I have chopped all the vegetables and placed them on a plate.

11

I have taken a large potato and cut it into long pieces, soaking it in water.

12

Now, I will show you how to cook this dish. I will take a kadhai (wok).

13

I will add the soaked potato to the kadhai.

14

Next, I will add the chopped tomato, followed by the bell peppers.

15

This dish is mostly made with chilies, so it will be a bit spicy and very tasty.

16

I will add salt according to taste. It's better to add a little less salt now because I will add cheese later.

17

I will add black pepper. You can use whole black pepper or powdered, but I will use both.

18

I will add a little oil, about 1 tablespoon, for flavor. If you don't want to add oil, it's fine too.

19

Now, I will add 1 cup of water to the kadhai.

20

I will cover it with a lid and cook it on medium flame for about 10-15 minutes.

21

I will check it in between.
