Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to all-purpose flour in a bowl.

Add juice of 1/2 lemon and 2 teaspoons cooking oil to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup and fresh coriander leaves, and mix everything well by hand.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into thin circles.

Steam the momos for 20 minutes on medium-low flame, ensuring water does not touch the momos.

Prepare a dipping sauce by sautéing 1 teaspoon garlic paste in 3 tablespoons cooking oil.

Add 4 tomato puree, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder to the sauce.

Cook the sauce on medium flame for 5-6 minutes until thickened and add chopped green chilies and fresh coriander before serving.
