Roll out the rested dough into thin sheets.

Place a spoonful of chicken filling onto each sheet and fold to form momos.

Steam the momos until cooked through.

For the chutney, mix 3 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 3 tbsp of ketchup, 3 tbsp of honey, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of cooking butter, and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic in a bowl.
