  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, water, sliced onion, minced garlic, bay leaves, black peppercorns, brown sugar, salt, and ground black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. 2Add the pork ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. 3Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  4. 4Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Reserve the marinade for later use.
  5. 5Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
